Hello, I’m Lucy
I’m a marketing consultant, business owner, serial networker and big believer that the best businesses are built on great relationships.
I live in North Leeds and love being part of the brilliant business community we have across Leeds and Yorkshire. I’m naturally curious about people and their businesses, I love making connections, and I’m usually the person saying, “I know someone you should speak to.”
I started Lucy Guest Marketing in January 2020, just a couple of months before a global pandemic. Excellent timing.
Since then, I’ve built a business I’m incredibly proud of, working with brilliant founders and small businesses to help them get clear on their marketing and build brands and websites that reflect the level they’re operating at.
Alongside Lucy Guest Marketing, I co-founded Rise Up Networking and run The Yorkshire Wedding Directory. Community and connection are a big part of who I am, and I genuinely love helping good people and good businesses succeed.
What I’m like to work with
I’m straightforward, practical and genuinely invested in the businesses I work with. I ask lots of questions, get to know your business properly and will always tell you what I think.
I’m not interested in marketing for marketing’s sake. Everything we create should have a purpose and help move your business forward.
That’s also why I deliberately work with a small number of clients at a time. You work directly with me, and I get properly involved.
When I’m not working…
I love travelling, eating good food, getting outside, sewing and spending time with my favourite people. I’m happiest when I’ve got a trip or adventure to look forward to, something creative on the go and good people around me.
